Job Description

The Program Analyst will help the organization reach its goals by analyzing data evaluating processes and making plans for the future. This job is in charge of coming up with and keeping track of program metrics figuring out how well the program is working and making suggestions for how to make the programs results better. The Program Analyst will work with teams from different departments write detailed reports and make sure that all program goals are in line with the organizations goals and rules.

Main Duties:

Look at and judge the programs policies and procedures that are already in place.

Gather analyze and share program data with stakeholders.

Make systems for collecting and managing data.

Give suggestions for how to make processes better and work more quickly.

Make detailed program reports briefing materials and presentations for the bosses.

Work with project managers finance teams and other interested parties to make sure the program is in line with the rest of the company.

Keep an eye on and make sure that all rules set by the organization and the government are followed.

Help with writing grant proposals budget justifications and other program paperwork.

Keep track of program milestones and write performance reviews.

Help with the planning and execution of new programs or projects as needed.

Requirements:

A bachelors degree in business public administration statistics or a related field.

At least two years of experience in a similar analytical role such as program analysis or project management.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite data visualization tools and software for data analysis.

Good at analyzing organizing and solving problems.

Good at talking and writing.

Ability to handle many tasks at once and work alone or with others.

It helps if you know how the federal state or local government works.

Pay per hour: $35 to $45 (depending on experience and qualifications)
