Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations and ensure optimal efficiency across departments.
Analyze workflows and develop strategies to improve productivity quality and service delivery.
Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with company strategy.
Manage vendor relationships and oversee procurement and inventory functions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws regulations and internal policies.
Lead and mentor operational staff; promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Prepare operational reports for executive leadership and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Identify and mitigate operational risks and resolve internal and external challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or a related field
Proven leadership experience with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operations/project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello ERP systems)
