Job Description:
If you enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering excellent service we are looking for you! As a customer advisor you will focus 100% on customer this role you will handle incoming and outgoing calls from existing customers as well as chat solutions. You will assist customers with questions about orders and products in a way that helps us achieve our goals.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via incoming phone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries using chat solutions.
- Answer questions and customer inquiries on social media platforms.
- Maintain a continuous focus on providing an exceptional customer service experience for each customer.
- Follow processes and procedures relevant to the project.
- Work as part of a team to achieve set goals.
About You:
- You are proficient in Norwegian.
- You are fluent in English.
- You communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- You are computer-literate.
