Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
About the Role:
As a Customer Support Agent in our Projects Team youll be the friendly voice our customers rely on throughout their journey from booking to the installation of their FREE energy-saving measures.
Youll provide updates resolve queries and ensure every interaction delivers a first-class experience. By keeping accurate records and working closely with your team youll help maintain our reputation for excellent service and make a real impact in supporting a greener future.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Answering and making calls to support customers
- Providing clear helpful updates throughout the customer journey
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
- Accurately inputting and updating information in our systems
- Using Excel and Google Docs to maintain data records
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A proactive can-do attitude with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong IT literacy and confidence using digital tools
- Ability to stay calm focused and productive in a fast-paced environment
