Location: Enghien Belgium (Hybrid: 2 days per week mandatory in the office)

About the job

The Product team at Verbolia plays a central role in connecting the dots across the company to build the right product working closely with IT Customer Success Sales and Marketing.

The ideal candidate is a team player with an analytical mindset and strong technical understanding. You are passionate about delivering value to customers through high-quality user-friendly products and this role you will collaborate to create outstanding product experiences and shape product development from research and discovery through to launch and adoption.

Tasks

  • Connect with customers to understand needs and challenges.
  • Conduct discovery validate hypotheses and work with IT and Customer Success to solve user pain points with innovative solutions.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable product specifications ensuring technical feasibility and seamless integration.
  • Write clear specifications and mockups and provide feedback to developers for new features.
  • Help manage the product release and QA process making sure everything runs smoothly from testing to launch and meets quality standards.
  • Keep development workflows organized using tools like JIRA.
  • Create documentation and release communications to ensure internal teams and customers are informed and aligned.
  • Assist your product team colleagues in managing the bug handling process.
  • Help improve product management practices and workflows continuously.
  • Together with the rest of the product team manage multiple stakeholdersincluding IT Customer Success Sales and Marketingby facilitating clear communication and alignment to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Perform post-launch analysis using customer feedback and performance data to guide future improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience: Strong experience as a Product Manager Product Owner Business Analyst Data Analyst Developer or related role.
  • Technical fluency: Even if you are not a developer you have a deep understanding of the technicalities behind a complex SaaS product.
  • Experimentation & data-driven mindset: You have an analytical mind and are eager to solve problems by experimenting with our products and analysing data. You are meticulous well-structured detail-oriented and methodical.
  • Curiosity & continuous learning: You are passionate about learning and expanding your knowledge. You are always interested in understanding the why behind things and excel at gathering information and conducting discovery.
  • Strong work ethic: Ownership accountability and integrity with a commitment to delivering quality results.
  • Organizational skills: Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong English skills (additional languages are a plus). Able to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • UX awareness: A passion for great user experiences.
  • Team spirit: Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and inspire alignment.
  • Bonus points if you: Have experience in e-commerce and SEO & are proficient with design tools such as Figma.
  • Hybrid working conditions: This position requires being present in the office (Enghien Belgium) every Tuesdays and Thursdays.
