Summary of This Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Content Review Specialist to join a fast-paced RFP team in a full-time remote position. You will be responsible for organizing managing and maintaining an extensive RFP content library including reviewing and verifying the authenticity of content in a variety of formats. You will be working closely with a team of subject matter experts.

Our ideal candidate must have excellent editing and proofreading skills with the ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail is a must. To succeed in this role you must have a deep understanding of strategic messaging RFP content standards cultural nuances etc. Candidates who exhibit technical knowledge in content auditing and analytics will be given first preference.

Responsibilities

Audit the content library via Responsive our content management system
Review and update all RFP materials to ensure they are authentic factually accurate aligned with our brand and in compliance with our guidelines
Provide constructive feedback to Proposal Writers/Managers to maintain the brand tonality for both long-form and short-form content across all channels
Translate technical feedback into contextual notes suggestions and recommendations by collaborating with SMEs product owners and technical teams
Analyse new RFP content to add to the existing Content Library
Support content quality guidelines through monthly audits by collecting reviewing and analyzing assets in the Content Library
Document processes and best practices used to build and maintain the content library.
Review existing administrative policies and documents to determine relevance and accuracy of content inventory
Create and manage scheduled content reviews to ensure consistent and up-to-date content.

What Are We Looking For in This Role

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in English or related field
Proficiency in editing and proofreading is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate cross functionally
Must have 1 year experience within a content review/ RFP Management Role
Experience in auditing and inventory management is a bonus
Technically adept with Microsoft Office Google etc
Understanding of data privacy compliance and quality guidelines
Experience with Responsive or any other content management system is a plus
