Description

The Program Specialist contributes to revenues profit client strategy and client retention. They will support strategy operational initiatives and growth as defined by their leaders. Reporting to the Program Manager and serving as a member of the operations team of PeopleScout the Program Specialist will provide operations support to the MSP (Managed Services Provider) division. This role is responsible to support the PeopleScout strategic business plan targets for both sales growth and segment profit contribution.

Responsibilities:

ClientDelivery

  • EnsurethatallcustomersderivemaximumvaluefromtheirrelationshipwithPeopleScout.
  • Getsfirst-handcustomerinformationandusesitforimprovementsinproductsandservices.
  • Collaboratewiththeoperationalteamtoensurethatwhendisruptions/issuesoccurinservicedeliverythesesituationsareresolvedquicklytowinrepeatbusiness.
  • Supportrevenuegrowthobjectivesforastrategicportfolioofaccountsbyhandlingclientneedstoensuresatisfactionandretention.
  • EnsurethatwearemeetingorexceedingclientsatisfactionexpectationsandSLAs.

OperationalProcesses

  • Managestacticalrelationswithsuppliersactsasaliaisonbetweenthecustomersandsuppliersseniormanagement.
  • Supportsmanagersthroughthetalentacquisitionprocessincludingselectiononboardingandassignmentprocess.
  • Supportsmanagersthroughthereqfulfillmentprocessandactsasabusinessadvisortoidentifyandimplementimprovements.
  • Utilizesprogrammanagementskillsofcommunicationpresentationtimemanagementorganizationandplanningtosuccessfullyachieveprogramgoalsandobjectives.

  • Contributetodevelopmentandformulationoflongandshort-rangeplanningpoliciesprogramsandobjectiveswiththeleadershipteam.
  • Searchforopportunitiestobecreativeimproveandgrowthebusiness.
  • WorkinpartnershipwithotherTrueBluebrandstoachieveand/ormaintaindominantpositionswhereapplicable.
  • Partnerswithaleaderandallocatesjobresponsibilitiesensurestrainingofnewresources
  • SupportsImplementationforprogramstaffingoperationalprocessesandresourcetrainingthe(responsibleforbeingoneverycallwhileimplementationprocessisbeingconductedtoensureasuccessfulimplementationiscompleted).

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 years of work experience within a Managed Services Provider environment
Recruiting and/or staffing experience preferred
VMS experience preferred but not required (Fieldglass Beeline Simplify IQNavigator Elevate)

Knowledge & Experience:
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed metrics.
A good working knowledge of P&L management.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Ability to make well planned clear and concise communications and to uphold the necessary supporting actions through to completion of action plans.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $48000 and $67000 annually.
Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
