What You Need to Bring:
At least two (2) years of inside solar sales experience (required).
Proven track record in inside sales outbound calling or phone-based closing.
Strong communication follow-up and closing skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage inbound leads and create outbound opportunities.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems.
A quiet professional workspace for outbound calling.
Strong typing skills to keep up with CRM notes and customer follow-up.
