Assist with daily operations of the Cybersecurity Lab by providing technical and administrative support to faculty and students.
Monitor the Cybersecurity Lab during open hours.
Assist with installing and configuring necessary software (VMware VirtualBox Wireshark Kali Linux Metasploit Splunk Snort Suricata Nmap Nessus OpenVAS Burp Suite etc.).
Troubleshoot lab equipment and software issues.
Ensure lab guidelines are followed.
Provide support for faculty-led research and student projects.
NO -- Federal Work Study eligibility not required
Minimum GPA 2.0.
Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (Wireshark Splunk Kali Linux Metasploit etc.).
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Experience with virtualization and networking simulators (VMware VirtualBox etc)
This position is department-funded and specific to the Cybersecurity Lab.
