Lyle Machinery Co. has been a diversified equipment dealer over 35 years. Founded and located in the heart of Mississippi we continue to service communities all over the South. With several locations across MS AL LA FL and TX LMC performs service and repairs both on-site and in the field in addition to the sales leases and rentals of heavy and compact equipment.

Not only have we been the #1 Komatsu Market Share Dealer in North America for the past 8 years but we have also been Dealer of the Year for many of our other OEMs with whom weve partnered. As we continue to grow we are looking for self-motivated employees who work well with others and/or independently in a safe manner.

Due to our tremendous growth we are looking to add to our Sales team.

Requirements

3 years success in an Outside Sales Rep role in construction equipment industry
Bachelors degree in related studies is preferred
Proven track record of growing the business thru strategic plan execution
Must be skilled with Microsoft office including excel
Must be able to learn to use our operating system (CDK) our CRM and manufacturer websites
Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously throughout the day
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Must be a self-starter and able to work without close supervision
Must be Results Oriented
