Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & Execute Campaigns Manage end-to-end organic and paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta aligned to business objectives (awareness engagement lead generation).
- Content Management Develop schedule and optimize engaging posts creatives and ad copies tailored for each platform.
- Paid Media Optimization Set up monitor and optimize campaigns for CTR CPL and ROAS; manage budgets and bidding strategies.
- Community Engagement Track and respond to comments messages and audience interactions to build brand presence.
- Analytics & Reporting Measure performance via platform dashboards (LinkedIn Campaign Manager Meta Ads Manager Sprinklr) and analytics tools; prepare insights-driven reports.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation Test creatives audiences and formats to continuously improve campaign efficiency.
- Stay Ahead of Trends Keep up with new features algorithm changes and best practices across LinkedIn and Meta to refine strategy.
