Job Summary
EnSafe is accepting applications for geologists or environmental scientists based out of EnSafes Bowling Green Kentucky office.

EnSafe specializes in custom solutions for Environmental Management and Planning Civil Design Engineering Environmental Restoration Natural and Water Resources Health and Safety and Technology with offices operating throughout the U.S.
What We Are Looking For
As a Geologist or Environmental Scientist you will work on projects ranging from site investigations to regulatory compliance tasks feasibility studies and remedial design implementation. This position offers a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity collaboration at all levels a culture of support and professional growth. EnSafe emphasizes empowering staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Conducting and documenting site investigation activities (soil groundwater indoor air soil gas groundwater)
- Conducting environmental sample collection (e.g. storm water soil and groundwater)
- Planning and conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
- Compiling field notes maintaining field equipment tabulating data and supporting preparation of technical reports.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in geology environmental science or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred
- HAZWOPER training and certification preferred
- Experience with multimedia environmental sampling
- Ability to travel regionally including overnight travel.
- Ability to work 50% in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ideally youll also have:
- Geologist (G.I.T.) or CHMM
- Environmental sampling experience
- Environmental consulting experience
