Job Description
Title: Business Analyst
Client: State of NY
Location: Albany NY (Onsite)
Duration: 30 Months
Work Hours: 40 hours/week
Description:
- The State of NY is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Albany NY for a long-term assignment. The role involves gathering and documenting detailed business user and functional requirements creating use cases workflows mock-ups and technical documents. The analyst will also develop and execute test plans track defects and support quality assurance.
Requirements:
- 84 months experience eliciting/extracting detailed business requirements from customer/project stakeholders or system artifacts.
- 84 months experience in obtaining and writing business user and functional requirements use cases process models workflows creating screen mock-ups report mock-ups and technical documents with attention to detail.
- 60 months experience developing/maintaining test plans and detailed test cases executing those tests validating test results and logging/tracking related defects.
- 24 months experience using HP Quality Center.
- 24 months experience designing user interfaces using tools such as Balsamiq or equivalent.
