Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a multidisciplinary treatment team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior support plans that enhance patient care promote positive behavioral outcomes and improve the quality of life for individuals with complex needs. This is a full-time onsite position based in Fulton MO.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
Develop implement and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Train and support staff in behavior management techniques and data collection procedures.
Collaborate effectively with psychologists psychiatrists nurses social workers and other treatment team members.
Analyze behavioral data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with policies procedures and professional standards.

Qualifications

Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or a related field.
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities psychiatric conditions or challenging behaviors preferred.
Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
