Lamoille Valley Ford is seeking a dedicated Quick Lane Manager to join our team in Hardwick VT. As the Quick Lane Manager you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient service delivery in our fast-paced quick lane service department.
Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule quick lane service appointments
- Supervise and support quick lane service technicians
- Maintain inventory of quick lane supplies and parts
- Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
- Monitor and improve department productivity
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive service management
