Job Summary
PRN Requirement:
- PRN Staff Member must be available to work a minimum of four (4) shifts per calendar month this includes a minimum of two (2) shifts being weekend. Shifts are 7a-3:30p 3p-11:30p 11p-7:30a. Staff member must be open to working all shifts as openings vary to complete PRN requirement.
- PRN Staff Member must be available to work 1 Summer Holiday 1 Spring Holiday and 1 Winter Holiday.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide care for patients in senior care settings focusing on their unique needs.
- Conduct phlebotomy procedures as required for diagnostic testing.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
