Job Summary
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Rockwall TX 75032
Shift: Days 8-Hour MondayFriday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Duration: 13 Weeks (High Possibility of Extension)
Compensation: Up to $30 per hour

Responsibilities
Plan implement and document nursing care based on patient needs.
Conduct assessments and determine priorities for care.
Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage patient care.
Document care according to standards of practice patient acuity and clinical priorities.
Advocate for evidence-based practices and support their integration into care delivery.
Provide patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing practice standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience.
Outpatient experience required.
Certifications (Required Prior to Start)
Active LPN License.
Current AHA BLS Certification.
