This Position reports to:
Service Team LeaderYour Role and Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes quality standards and safety guidelines. Each day you will deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility.

In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact as you will be accountable for:
Performing service tasks working with our Drive Service team identifying technical issues and performing maintenance reconditioning and repair activities on drive products.
Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials parts and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
Executing work ensuring it is done on time and as per quality standards.
Follow service procedures and requirements: safety registration report installed base management
Qualifications for the Role
High school diploma or degree in Electromechanical Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualifications
Knowledge of inverters and drive systems
You are at ease communicating in Italian and in English
Fast-learning mindset curious approach good problem-solving skills
