Overview:

AtNorth Texas Therapy & Home Care (NTT&HC) we provide specialized pediatric therapy services to children and families throughout the Dallas Metroplex. While our office is located in theheart of North Dallas our clinicians deliver skilled interventions across the entire Metroplex ensuring families receive quality care wherever they are.

As atherapist-owned and operated practice we understand the needs of our clinicians and provide the personal attention mentoring and career support required to succeed in the field of pediatric create individualized care plans that empower our patients to look beyond immediate goals and achieve their fullest potential. With a collaborative family-centered approach we strive to provide a therapeutic and

comfortable environment for every child we serve.

Requirements:

  • Associates of Science in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
  • Current state of Texas licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
  • 6 months full-time clinical experience
  • Pediatrics experience
  • Home Health experience preferred
  • Must carry valid auto insurance and drivers license.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provides skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
  • Provides skilled occupational therapy services/interventions in the patients home or daytime facility
  • Schedules supervision visit(s) with his/her supervising OT according to Texas board guidelines
  • Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient
  • Plans for care to meet goals of the occupational therapy interventions
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances occupational therapy reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
