Position Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified Behavior Analyst (CBA/BCBA)for an exciting job in Fulton Missouri.

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions for patients with complex behavioral and psychiatric conditions.
Collect and analyze behavioral data to track and improve treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with psychiatrists psychologists nurses and interdisciplinary staff.
Train and support staff in behavior management strategies and crisis intervention techniques.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and accreditation standards.
Foster a patient-centered safe and supportive environment.

Requirements:

Masters degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology or a related field.
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
Missouri state licensure (or eligibility) as required.
Minimum 12 years of experience in behavioral health psychiatric or developmental disability settings.
Strong skills in data collection analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
