The Role
As a Physical Therapist in our Maryland team youll help patients gain strength mobility and confidence from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining full control over your work schedule.
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and follow-up home evaluations
Develop and deliver customized treatment plans
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy progress and safety
Document care accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive holistic care
What Youll Need:
DPT or MPT from an accredited program
Active Maryland Physical Therapy License
CPR/BLS Certification
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
A heart for helping others and a desire for professional balance
Home health experience is a plus but not required well support your success
