We are seeking a hands-on Data Quality Engineer to lead efforts in improving the quality consistency and usability of marketing data across the enterprise. This individual contributor role is part of the manager cohort and requires a blend of engineering expertise stakeholder engagement and data governance awareness. The ideal candidate will partner closely with marketing stakeholders to proactively identify data quality issues define requirements and metrics and implement automated scalable solutions using Informatica Python and SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead data quality initiatives across the Data Engineering Analytics and Business Intelligence teams ensuring high standards of data integrity completeness and accuracy.
Collaborate with the Data Desk team to identify and address recurring data quality issues leveraging insights from manual fixes to inform automation strategies.
Perform in-depthdata profilingto assess data health uncover anomalies and guide remediation efforts.
Partner with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines that enhance data quality and streamline remediation processes.
Define develop and maintain data quality metrics (KPIs) dashboards and reports to monitor performance across marketing and other business zones.
Implement and optimize data quality processes and procedures with a strong emphasis on automation to reduce manual intervention.
Engage with stakeholders across business zones to understand their data quality needs and provide strategic actionable recommendations.
Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data quality profiling and automation.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in data quality management data governance or a similar role.
Demonstrated success in leading data quality initiatives and implementing enterprise-level data quality frameworks.
Strong experience withdata profiling techniquesto assess completeness accuracy consistency and identify anomalies or quality issues.
Deep understanding of data engineering concepts with hands-on proficiency inInformaticaPython andSQL.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and business domains.
Familiarity withmetadata managementdata cataloging and data quality tools and technologies is a plus.
