Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe effective mental health care to patients in an acute hospital ward participating in both day and night shifts.
- Conduct assessments monitor risk plan implement and evaluate care plans with a multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medication observe patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Build therapeutic person-centred relationships with patients and support their recovery journey.
- Maintain clear accurate patient records and documentation under NMC standards.
- Support ward routines ensuring a safe structured and therapeutic environment.
- Participate in ward handovers clinical supervision audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
