The Role
As aSoftware Engineer Specialist you will play a pivotal role in expanding ourbanking platformand deliveringworld-class digital products and experiencesthat impact millions of customers every day.

As part of the role youll
- Design develop and maintain scalable secure and high-performing applications usingJava Spring Boot and Angular.
- Implementmicroservices architectureand integrate with internal and third-party APIs.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
- ApplyAgile technical practices includingcontinuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Conductcode reviews mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software engineering.
- Optimize application performance through profiling bottleneck analysis and tuning for scalability.
- Implementapplication monitoring dashboards and alerting to ensure system reliability.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and scalability requirements.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and advocate forclean code principles(SOLID MVVM MVC).
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
Minimum Qualifications
Experience
- 5 yearsof software development experience including at least2 years in a senior or specialist role.
Strong expertise in:
- Java J2EE Spring Boot (Microservices)
- Angular 2 JavaScript HTML XML XSL
- Web Services (SOAP & REST)
- Experience with:
- Cloud development(Azure AWS or GCP)
- Kubernetes and Docker
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Application monitoring toolsand performance optimization
- Proficient indesign patternsclean architecture andunit testing.
- Familiarity withversion control systems(GIT) andAgile methodologies.
Functional Skills
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to design and implement scalable secure and maintainable solutions.
- Proficiency in integrating third-party libraries and SDKs.
- Solid understanding ofsoftware architecture principlesandsecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
