About the Role

Were looking for a customer minded professional to join our team as a Client Installation & Service Delivery this role you will provide support for telematics installations helping to coordinate activities and ensure smooth deployments. This role works closely with client-facing teams operations and vendors to assist in delivering timely high-quality installations that contribute to a positive client experience. The position supports issue resolution and helps maintain alignment across teams to promote client satisfaction and trust.

What Youll Do

  • Oversee the end-to-end installation process including scheduling execution and completion
  • Ensure installations are completed on time within scope and with proper documentation
  • Proactively identify risks or scheduling conflicts and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accuracy in project timelines and coordinate with internal teams to minimize disruptions
  • Serve as a point of escalation for installation-related issues while maintaining consistent communication with client-facing teams to provide updates and ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track installs by account region and vendor while analyzing performance metrics to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide regular updates to both client-facing teams and leadership ensuring visibility accountability and smooth execution of installations
  • Serve as the liaison with installation vendors and service providers.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards that track installations by client and vendor.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business operations or related field
  • 2-3 years experience client support operations service delivery or vendor coordination
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong multitasking prioritization problem solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing installations and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management certifications (PMP CAPM or equivalent)
  • Experience managing vendors or service providers
  • Experience with CRM tools

The internal job title for this role is: Lead Client Installation & Service Delivery

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51600 to $71000 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
