The Paraprofessional is a vital member of the Family Intensive Treatment (FIT) team at Bay State Community Services (BSCS). This role offers the opportunity to provide family-centered strength-based support to a small caseload of 46 families. At BSCS we recognize that meaningful high-quality care takes time. Thats why we prioritize manageable caseloads and provide the resources necessary to support youth and families effectively.
What you will be doing to make a difference:
Be part of a dedicated and committed team including Clinicians Family Partners and other behavioral health providers
Work in tandem with the Clinician to collect information to complete a comprehensive assessment
Meet independently and with your team members with the youth and/or families to provide support education and resources.
Support the Treatment Plan Goals
Identify and connect caregiver(s) to formal and informal community resources
Assist with referrals and resources
