Job Description
Reports To: Social Media Coordinator
- Capture photos and videos during home games.
- Document game coverage crowd reactions player interactions and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Highlight sponsored elements promotions and activations for branding and partner fulfillment.
- Provide content to the Social Media Coordinator in real-time for in-game coverage.
- Contribute to the content archive tagging and storing digital assets for future use.
- Collaborate with the creative department to brainstorm and execute new content ideas.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications Media Marketing Film or related field.
- Experience with photography and/or videography (camera or smartphone) required.
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram TikTok X/Twitter Facebook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working nights weekends and holidays during the hockey season.
- Can stand for long periods of time and can lift 25 lbs. or more.
- Passion for hockey sports or live events is strongly preferred.
- This is position can be used for course credit if applicable.
- Availability on all home game days is required.
- Interns will gain hands-on experience in sports digital media working directly with a professional hockey creative team.
