Our opportunity

As VP of Product Marketing youll be responsible for crafting compelling product narratives driving go-to-market strategy and enabling sales and customer success teams with the tools they need to win. Youll work cross-functionally with Product Sales Marketing and Customer Success to ensure our solutions resonate with the market and deliver measurable impact.

Who youll report to: This role reports directly to our Chief Marketing Officer.

Location: Bay Area preferred open to West Coast.

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

• Go-to-Market Leadership:Own product launches and drive cross-functional alignment across product sales and marketing.

• Positioning & Messaging:Develop differentiated messaging that clearly articulates the value of our solutions to target personas and verticals.

• Market Intelligence:Conduct competitive analysis market research and customer interviews to inform strategy and product direction.

• Sales Enablement:Create and maintain sales collateral battlecards pitch decks and training materials.

• Customer Insights:Partner with Customer Success and Sales to gather feedback and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.

• Demand Generation Support:Collaborate with growth marketing to align campaigns with product positioning and lifecycle stages.

• Team Leadership:Build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team as the company scales.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• 10 years of experience in product marketing with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

• Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field; MBA preferred

• Proven success in fast-paced B2B SaaS startups with a strong track record of launching software products especially in automation AI or intelligent technologies.

• Deep expertise in enterprise software markets including buyer personas purchasing dynamics and go-to-market strategies.

• Strong collaboration with product management and sales teams to align messaging and drive adoption.

• Skilled in both strategic planning and hands-on execution with a bias for testing learning and iterating.

• Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities with a knack for translating complex tech into compelling narratives.

• Experience with AI machine learning and automation technologies including familiarity with AI agents and related innovations.

• Comfortable navigating both PLG (Product-Led Growth) and enterprise marketing motions.

• Strategic thinker who can prioritize high-impact opportunities while staying grounded in execution.

The base salary range for this position in California New York and Washington is $270000 $290000 and outside of those locations is $a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education industry experience training knowledge skills abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
