Description
Role Overview: As a Technical Configuration Specialist you will play a crucial role in the technical onboarding of new clients to the Lofty CRM platform. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring a seamless and professional client experience by handling technical configurations data migrations and client training. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement in the new client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish trust and deliver a smooth technical onboarding setup experience by connecting with clients through one-on-one video or phone meetings to gather necessary information and data files.
Accurately import map and validate client data to ensure a clean and functional CRM deployment.
Translate client business needs into effective CRM configurations by leveraging platform capabilities and internal resources.
Take full ownership of customer setup and configuration tasksfrom initiation through to resolution.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the onboarding process and early stages of platform adoption.
Document setup processes best practices and configuration steps to support internal knowledge sharing and consistency.
Troubleshoot configuration issues and escalate to Tier 2 or Engineering when appropriate.
Contribute to special technical projects that require custom configuration or advanced setup.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Customer Success and Product Development teams to support client goals.
Develop a strong understanding of our CRM platform customer workflows and key industry use cases.
Stay curious and engaged continuously learning about new tools features and system enhancements.
KPIs & Milestones:
Number of successful CRM setups completed per month.
Client satisfaction scores (CSAT) during onboarding phase.
Onboarding completion rate within defined timelines.
Accuracy and quality of data mapping and CRM configurations.
Internal documentation contributions and updates.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in real estate technology or customer success in SaaS.
Experience with automation tools APIs or CRM integrations.
Training or certification in customer service or technical support.
Requirements:
02 years of experience in technical support CRM administration or client onboarding.
Familiarity with CRM tools and SaaS platforms (experience with Lofty CRM is a plus).
Excellent communication skills verbal and written with a focus on explaining technical concepts clearly.
Strong problem-solving skills attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets data fields and logical flows.
Organized and able to manage multiple client onboarding projects simultaneously.
Passion for customer success and solving user pain points.
A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
