Job Summary

Job Title: Travel Phlebotomist Laboratory (Day & Night Shift)
Location: Greenville SC 29605
Contract: 13 weeks
Rate: $1022.50/week
Shifts:

Day: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
Night: 2:00 AM 10:30 AM
Schedule: 5 days/week every other weekend required.
Floating: Must float to qualified units as needed

Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Travel Phlebotomist Laboratoryfor an exciting job in Greenville SC.

Responsibilities

Collect blood samples via venipuncture syringe and vacutainer methods from adolescent adult and geriatric patients across multiple units (OB med-surg oncology pediatrics).
Process specimens for laboratory analysis (centrifuge aliquot storage).
Provide post-venipuncture care and ensure specimen integrity.
Document and track specimens using EPIC Beaker LIS and Rover systems.
Float to other units as needed based on census and staffing requirements.
Maintain a safe clean and compliant work environment in accordance with infection control and hospital protocols.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (2 years preferred).
Prior experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center and recent travel experience required.
Completion of a formal phlebotomy program.
Active BLS certification.
Must hold one of the following certifications: NPS ASCP AMT ASPT NHA ACA NCCT NPCE NPA NAPT or NHCO.
Minimum 1 year of EPIC experience.
Preferred: ASCP PBT CPT NCPT certifications and pediatric experience.
Candidates with an associate or bachelors degree in medical laboratory science plus phlebotomy experience will also be considered.
