The Role: Senior Staff Accountant

Must-Have Requirements:

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance; CPA or progress toward certification is highly advantageous.
47 years of relevant experience (AR/AP/general accounting) with demonstrated progression into senior-level responsibilities.
Deep GAAP knowledge and comfort working across ERP systems; an analytical and strategic mindset
Strong technology fluency:
- Experience with ERP/enterprise systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite)
- BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Excel proficiencyuse of pivot tables formulas and modeling capabilities.
Excellent communication skillseffective relationship-building and cross-departmental collaboration.
Self-starter with strong organizational skillsable to drive projects independently and adapt quickly.
