Your Mission:
Improve the software developer experience! Remove barriers to innovation and effectiveness enabling software engineers easy access to the tools they need to make the most mission impact.
On this prime contract program System Engineers with engaging personalities use their broad technical knowledge and experience to solve problems across a diverse software engineering user base.

A day in the life consists of:
- Interacting with product teams and stakeholders to implement established guidance practices and standards into viable processes and solutions
- Gathering and analyzing user requirements across multiple DoD agencies
- Establishing and sharing best practices and principles to guide better productivity
- Providing engineering analysis to ensure adherence to foundation requirements (e.g. compliance Section 508 architecture quality technical)
- Developing artifacts to support wide range of engineering activities
Must have:
- TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
- Bachelors Degree in related fieldwith 20 years of related experience
- Success working across a broad spectrum of stakeholders
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
- Understanding of software and infrastructure engineering best practices
- Comprehensive Agile process and tool experience
- Experience working directly with Intelligence Community (IC) mission customers
- Experience optimizing workflows
- AWS Experience
- Container (Docker) and Container Orchestration understanding
- Understanding of open-source libraries and tools
Nice to have:
- Strong DevOps and System Administration background
- Experience with software provisioning configuration management and application deployment with multiple toolsets such as Ansible Chef Containers Kubernetes
- Hands-on software/system engineering experience(e.g. Linux scripting Infrastructure as Code AWS Docker/Kubernetes databases software development)
- Experience working with deploying and managing Linux-based OS systems
- Software product testing experience
