The Job:

The Contract Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and closing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget. This role coordinates cross-functional teams manages resources and communicates with stakeholders to achieve project objectives aligned with organizational goals.

As a Contract Project Manager you will work as an on-site employee. Youll get to:

  • Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects defining project scope goals deliverables and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
  • Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Manage changes to project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration among team members and departments.
  • Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports and post-project evaluations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

The Person:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Information Technology or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (3 years) managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
  • Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Asana Jira Trello).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
