Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with headquarter counterparts internal cross-functions and local agencies for media and social (owned and paid social platforms) planning management and execution.
Your main focus :
- Negotiate and secure high-impact media placements and sponsorships with our media partners.
- Support to plan and execute local media & social planning (owned & paid) across all channels
- Manage media & social reports with measurable KPI results and insights learned
- Follow up best practices monitor industry trends and make recommendations
- Support finance work such as po/ contract/ payment
Support Marketing Director on the digital PR planning managment and execution:
- Build and maintain the good relationship with leading media titles
- Daily beauty topics follow up
- To gain the Beauty Award for Orveda Iconic Products
- PR Press material proofreading and consolidation for distribution.
- Press distribution plan management.
- Report consolidation and update with HQ on regular basis.
- Support Marketing event execution and support.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a/an experienced candidate you get energy from working in a fast-paced diverse and international environment. Other than that you:
Experience:
- 5 years digital & media experience.
- Candidate with Premium Skincare background is preferred.
- Experience in PR is a plus.

- Strong beauty and social sense and interest
- Creative and broad thinker
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical mindset and data management skill
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Driven to execute efficiently and accurately
