Employment Type: Full-time (8-hour day shifts)
Were looking for an experienced and dedicated Cath Lab Nurse Manager to lead our team in Mission Hills CA. This is a pivotal role where youll be accountable for ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care and providing comprehensive administrative oversight for multiple nursing units managing over 80 FTEs on a 24-hour basis. Youll be expected to fulfill all duties and responsibilities associated with a unit manager position driving excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse (RN) License (upon hire)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization (within 30 days of hire)
- 3 years of recent clinical experience
Preferred:
- Masters Degree
- 2 years of managerial experience
- 1 year of Cath Lab experience
Note: For employees in L&D NICU Nursery and Postpartum NNR is required (Postpartum - within 90 days from date of hire; Other areas - within 180 days of completion of clinical orientation).
