Mortgage Loan Processor Remote Pennsylvania
Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to support growing volume. This is a full-time remote role. To be considered you must currently reside in Pennsylvania.
What youll do
Manage loan files from origination through close
Ensure files meet FHA VA FNMA and FHLB guidelines
Communicate with loan officers underwriters and third-party partners
Maintain accurate documentation in Encompass
What youll bring
2 years of mortgage loan processing experience
Must reside in Pennsylvania
Must have worked for a Mortgage Banker within the last 12 months
Encompass proficiency
FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLB experience
Schedule & pay
Full time MondayFriday. Compensation up to $65000 with benefits.
