Job Title: Senior Front-End Engineer (React / / TypeScript) Hybrid NYC

Location: New York NY (Hybrid Must work onsite at least once a week)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are hiring Senior Front-End Engineers to join our customer support tooling team. The role involves building and modernizing web applications using React and TypeScript. Youll collaborate closely with design product and engineering teams to deliver scalable customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain customer support applications with React and TypeScript.

Collaborate with designers (Figma) and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Participate in system migration from legacy TypeScript/GraphQL to simplified -based stack.
Integrate APIs and collaborate on back-end services ( & AWS experience a strong plus).
Work in an Agile collaborative environment with engineers across multiple US locations.
Contribute to team discussions problem-solving and technical improvements.
Occasionally support self-service tools and AI integration initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript.
Solid front-end engineering background with modern frameworks.
Familiarity with API integrations ( preferred).
Experience working in Agile product-driven environments.
Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

AWS experience (infrastructure deployments).
Figma collaboration experience.
Exposure to customer support applications or AI integration.

Must Have:

React TypeScript (Recent hands-on experience).

Strict No-Nos:

No Java Kotlin or Scala profiles.
No candidates from Disney or Redwood (non-poach).

Work Model:

Hybrid role Must be based in NYC and go to client office 1 day per week minimum.
Official policy: 4 days in office but team flexibility applies.

Interview Process:

Culture/team fit 30 min with hiring manager.
Two technical rounds (45 min each) focused on React coding (not LeetCode-style).
