Title: Senior Visual Designer
Client: AT&T
Location: Bothell WA (Hybrid)
Duration: 13 Months
Work Hours: 40 hrs/week

Job Description

The Senior Visual Designer will join the mobile app creatives team with a multidisciplinary group of product designers and content strategists supporting two native mobile apps. This role requires a seasoned UI/Visual Designer with strong expertise in product design motion design and human-centered interaction. The designer will collaborate with UX CX engineering and business partners to deliver visually compelling user-centered solutions that meet business goals.

Required Skills

8 years of experience in visual/product design with a focus on human-centered interaction.
Strong command of UI design principles (layout colour typography hierarchy).
Proficiency in motion and interaction design tools (Rive ProtoPie After Effects).
Experience with Figma Rive Mural/FigJam Adobe Design Suite.
Skilled in creating prototypes motion guidelines and scalable UI aligned with design systems.
Strong collaboration skills working closely with UX copy and development teams.
Ability to integrate motion accessibility and performance optimization into design.
Experience designing for native mobile platforms (iOS Android React Native; web a plus).
Deep understanding of UX best practices prototyping and mobile design patterns.
Excellent communication mentoring and cross-discipline collaboration skills.
A compelling digital portfolio showcasing visual design motion/interaction design and case studies.

Preferred Skills

Degree/Certification in Graphic Design Visual Design or equivalent work experience.
Familiarity with UX research methods data analysis and persona development.
Illustration skills.
Experience in running design workshops/sprints and facilitation.
Experience in design strategy design systems and brand storytelling.
Strong experience in delivering mobile applications from inception to launch.
Mentorship experience guiding other designers.
Experience creating accessible scalable designs for millions of users.
Knowledge of telecom domain is a plus.
