Role Overview:
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS Kubernetes (EKS) and automation tools. The role involves managing Kubernetes clusters building CI/CD pipelines automating infrastructure and ensuring robust monitoring and logging across cloud-native environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy manage and scale Kubernetes clusters (EKS) on AWS.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds testing and deployments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
Manage AWS services (EC2 S3 IAM RDS VPC etc.) to support infrastructure needs.
Develop scripts in Python and Shell for automation monitoring and troubleshooting.
Implement logging and monitoring solutions (CloudWatch Prometheus Grafana ELK) to ensure system health and reliability.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to support application deployment and reliability.
Troubleshoot issues across infrastructure networking and CI/CD workflows.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
3 years of professional experience in DevOps Cloud or Platform Engineering.
Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes/EKS administration and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of AWS services for infrastructure management.
Proven experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions or similar).
Proficiency in Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell.
Familiarity with logging/monitoring tools (Grafana Prometheus ELK CloudWatch).
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with container security and compliance.
Knowledge of service mesh (Istio Linkerd) in Kubernetes.
Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
Background in microservices deployments and distributed systems.
