WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You act as a sparring partner and shaper of our business-related issues and financial processes related to our digital business.
You support and further develop our existing reporting/controlling processes.
Classic controlling tasks such as revenue planning forecasting reporting variance analysis as well as annual planning are also part of your responsibilities.
Analyzing cost structures and developing improvement proposals for our project business especially project controlling is familiar to you.
Your tasks also include ad-hoc topics special analyses evaluations of business cases and participation in interdisciplinary projects.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
You have successfully completed your business studies and have at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling (business controlling or group controlling).
You have applied knowledge of financial controlling and consolidation using HGB and IFRS.
Ideally you already have experience in the service or IT/software sector or digital agencies but its not a must-have.
Your qualities such as analytical skills affinity for numbers and processes and organizational skills are complemented by communication skills agility assertiveness pragmatism and entrepreneurial thinking.
You have an interest in digital developments. Working independently and proactively is natural for you.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) as well as very good German (C1 or higher) and good English skills complete your profile.
