Job Title: Inside Sales Representative National Account Team
Location: Philadelphia
Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our National Account this role you will play a key part in supporting revenue growth by building strong client relationships identifying opportunities and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a results-driven mindset who thrives in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage and build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Results-Oriented Approach: Demonstrated success in identifying opportunities and contributing to sales growth.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM systems reporting tools and virtual meeting platforms.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing leads meetings and sales metrics with accuracy.
Independent & Collaborative: Capable of working autonomously while actively contributing to a team culture.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing updates and support on cost-containment programs.
Schedule and manage both virtual and in-person meetings for the National Account Team.
Identify new business opportunities and assist in addressing evolving client needs.
Provide timely follow-up respond to client inquiries and ensure a high standard of customer service.
Stay current with product updates sales metrics and market conditions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
Minimum 2 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales or inside sales experience.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Competitive base salary $55k Plus a commission structure
