Job Description

Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving and have an ability to remain calm under pressure and tight deadlinesAs an Internal Engagement Strategist for Commercial Programs you are responsible for developing compelling internal engagement plans that drive customer experience and business growth goals.


  • 8-10 years developing and presenting communication and learning plans focused on marketing product launch and employee program strategies within an advertising agency marketing organization or PR environment.
  • Proven track record navigating a large cross-functional organization balancing stakeholders and priorities.
  • Proven track record of handling complex/multi-faceted global projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


  • Proven ability to look around corners to understand business challenges and formulate effective communication strategies that support the audience needs and business goals.
  • Exceptional learning agility ability to listen learn and apply insights during dynamic situations.
  • Strong executional abilities able to go from strategy to ensuring execution is on target and on brief.
  • Possess excellent writing skills that can deliver clear messages that motivate behavior change while meeting business goals.
  • Demonstrated passion for Retail with experience on how to engage people in a human way at the scale of Apple.
