About the role...
TheTuition & Revenue Management Analystuses data to drive inventory management decisions and marketing plans for a line of Road Scholar programs.
Road Scholar offers a remote-first work environment. The compensation range for this exempt level salaried position is $59000 - $70000 based on experience.
In this role you will
- Monitor and document enrollment trends using existing reporting tools
- Manage program inventory by opening and cancelling program dates based on trends
- Analyze competitor data and report out regularly
- Make data-driven selections of programs to include in print email and social media campaigns web promotions and other channels as assigned
- Review brochure proofs to ensure pagination and included dates match plan
- Prepare for and participate in program strategy & capacity planning meetings
- Associate program lists to campaigns and make any updates due to program changes cancellations etc.
- Conduct post-mortem analysis of campaigns to determine effectiveness
- Work on a variety of ad hoc projects and participate in cross-department teams as assigned
Were seeking...
- Bachelors degree required with 1-3 years relevant experience as an Analyst
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and an interest in learning more advanced skills
- Comfortable reviewing large datasets
- An interest in learning how to use a data analytics tool (MicroStrategy)
- Must be proactive persistent and results-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-up; extremely accurate; demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize tasks
- Superior interpersonal and problem solving skills a must
- Must have excellent oral and written communications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-functional team environment
