Erie Family Health Centers a nationally recognized top workplace with sites in Chicago and suburbs is looking for a valuable addition to our HR Talent Acquisition Team! The Talent Acquisition Specialist II is responsible for performing full-cycle recruiting functions including but not limited to candidate sourcing phone screening and interview scheduling. They will work closely with job candidates hiring managers and other human resources professionals in support of Eries hiring needs. Along with the hiring manager they will coordinate the flow of candidates through the recruitment process from the posting of the job to bringing new employees on board.

*Compensation is based on each candidates experience skills and education within the range identified for the role. Candidates who meet the minimum requirements of the role will start at entry in the range. Any additional skills experience and education will be reflected in the compensation offered.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Posts all employment positions on Erie website and external job search databases.
  • Conducts phone screens for potential candidates for open positions and provides hiring managers with qualified candidates to be interviewed.
  • Maintains open lines of communication with hiring managers and follows up on status of the hiring process on a regular basis.
  • Coordinates interviews.
  • Communicates with supervisors on all required onboarding steps
  • Travels to sites as needed to meet the recruiting needs of Erie managers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in human resources business or health administration AND 2 years of professional recruiting experience required.

OR

  • Associates degree or 2 years college AND 4 years of professional recruiting experience required

OR

  • High School diploma or equivalent AND 6 years of professional recruiting experience required
  • Healthcare or non-profit experience is a plus.
