Job Summary:
TheâLead Qualification Specialistâat Home Franchise Concepts is a role focused on being the first point of contact for potential franchise owners across all company brands. Key responsibilities include rapidly reaching out to inbound leads via phone text and email; qualifying candidates both financially and operationally; and ensuring prospects understand the entrepreneurial nature of franchise ownership. Once initial qualifications are met the Candidate Qualifier schedules candidates with anâAdvisor for the next stage. The role requires consistent follow-up and reporting feedback to the marketing team to enhance lead quality. Success in this role is measured by rapid response times high contact rates effective qualification of candidates and seamless scheduling of appointments all of which contribute to key performance metrics.

The pay range for this position is $27.50 - 33.65 per hour this position may have opportunities for additional compensation. Actual pay will be determined by factors including candidate experience and qualifications education and work location.
