Clinical Team Lead Acute services
Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings nights weekends and holidays.
Role Overview:
Responsible for providing crisis intervention services for clients at the 24-hour Longview acute care facility. Participate as a lead member of the service delivery team to provide walk in mobile response phone evaluations and clinical residential services for individuals in crisis. Coordinate behavioral health intervention plans and services with other agencies. Collaborate with other staff in planning developing implementing and evaluating clinical services including ongoing coordination with program supervisors and managers. Crisis services staff work with and advocate for diverse and often marginalized populations daily to provide interventions support and resources and to ensure that the appropriate services are offered in an inclusive and equitable manner.
