Job Summary

OCH Technologies is seeking an experienced Operations Manager/Project Manager. This role will perform day-to-day TSD operations ensuring 24x7 coverage real-time queue management and adherence to performance objectives. Lead supervisors coordinate escalations and operational events and ensure timely reporting and after-action reviews.


Location

Hybrid- Commutable distance of Ashburn VA; Orlando FL; or San Antonio TX.


*Onsite reporting may be ad-hoc or recurring.


Core Responsibilities & Duties

  • Schedule and supervise staff; ensure supervisory coverage on all shifts and at least one supervisor in commuting distance of each site.
  • Monitor call chat email and ticket workflows; rebalance resources to meet or exceed AQLs.
  • Identify escalate and document operational events; provide timely notifications and after-action reports.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and performance reporting; drive continuous improvement with stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and BI package submissions; coordinate with Program Manager on risks/issues.

The responsibilities and duties listed above are flexible and subject to change based on operational need.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelors degree from an accredited university or equivalent years of relevant work experience.


Experience

  • A minimum of five (5) years managing 24x7 service desk/contact center operations
  • Demonstrated success with workforce management queue monitoring and supervisor leadership
  • Experience with ITSM tools and contact center platforms; data-driven decision making

Security Clearance/Screening Requirement

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS/CBP Background Investigation (BI)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with HDI/ITIL frameworks; prior federal support leadership
  • Experience coordinating multi-site supervisory coverage and incident/major-incident response
