Help people live safely and independently at home
Be a steady support and a positive presence
Assist with daily tasks such as meals rides light cleaning and companionship
Join clients at appointments and community activities
Document services with clarity and accuracy using simple tools

Age 18 or older
Your own car a valid driver license and proof of insurance
A strong sense of responsibility and a kind heart
Ability to plan prioritize and keep excellent records

No experience required. We provide training and mentor support.

This role requires a dependable personal vehicle every day. If you do not have a car a current license and insurance this role is not a match. If you prefer to coast arrive late or avoid responsibility this will not be a fit. We honor teammates who take ownership and deliver for the people we serve.
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of disability support experience is helpful but not required
Valid driver license and insurance
Background check and personal or professional reference
Drug screening

We serve people in more than one hundred fifty towns across Connecticut from Bridgeport to Hartford Waterbury to New London Stamford to Manchester and many communities in between. If you live in Connecticut we likely have clients near you.
