Job Description
- Bachelors degree preferably in engineering science business or equivalent field
- 10 years of experience building digital consumer products with at least 5 years of experience in Product Management
- Consistent track record of defining successful feature concepts and driving product development from concept to launch
- A keen eye for building user experiences that are delightful while delivering impact
- Takes initiative exhibits a high level of accountability and makes sound decisions under uncertainty
- Stellar interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels
- A polished communicator with strong executive presence
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills with the willingness and ability to flex between strategic thinking and tactical execution throughout the day
- 12 years of product development experience in the health care space preferably in regulated medical devices and/or digital health products
- 2 years serving as the lead Product Manager in a multi-PM organization
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithm development and the application of generative AI in product experiences
- Experience collaborating with hardware teams to define or refine sensing technologies
