About the Facility:
Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Wisconsin Rapids known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. Youll have the tools and support you need to succeedwhether youre a new grad or seasoned OT.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated Rate Range:35-45/hr depending on experience setting location and status. (full-time part-time or PRN)

- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence.
- Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.
- Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current WI OT license (or eligibility)
- Passionate about improving patient quality of life
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
